What's for Dinner is not my favorite question, especially after cooking a big meal for everyone like Thanksgiving Dinner!

Cooking is always more fun with friends and the question of "what are we having" for meals never ends, so, let's whip up something delicious together!

I will share a family favorite recipe for Turkey Enchiladas that will help use up some of your leftover turkey plus tips for prepping and cooking along the way. Before you know it dinner will be done!  Just a warning... the next question will be...What's for Dessert:)
